I hold a PhD in Science, which underpins my evidence-based and systems-oriented approach to advancing gender equality and inclusive governance.

My work sits at the intersection of gender justice, governance systems, and donor accountability. I have led and advised multimillion-dollar programs, supported policy engagement across national and multilateral arenas, and strengthened the integration of inclusive approaches within complex operational environments. As a former advisor within USAID, I managed high-risk, multi-partner portfolios and worked across technical, legal, financial, and senior leadership teams to ensure quality delivery, compliance, and measurable impact. I bring a strong track record of aligning strategy, operations, and learning systems to advance institutional priorities in politically sensitive settings.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with governments, civil society, multilateral institutions, the private sector, and philanthropic actors to advance gender-transformative approaches in humanitarian response, social norms change, care systems, and inclusive governance. I am particularly committed to embedding gender and inclusion at the level of institutional strategy, portfolio design, and accountability.
