I am an experienced Independent consultant skilled in program management, evaluation, population studies, research, and adolescent and women's reproductive health. I have managed the Healthy Youth Subgroup listserv within ICBWorld with 70 members since 2014. I also have extensive experience in proposal review, report writing and editing, and provision of technical assistance to nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in the US and abroad I have worked in 14 countries on short-term assignments. My M.A. and Ph.D. degrees were earned from Duke University in sociology (population studies) with postgraduate training in epidemiology at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. My B.A. Cum Laude was earned from Cornell University.
