I am a multilingual (Portuguese/French/Spanish) behavioral scientist with over 15 years of experience integrating behavioral sciences within social development programming. My experience includes translating evidence and practice from behavioral insights, systems thinking, and human-centred design to inform program design, implementation, and evaluation, and employing a gender-transformative and intersectional lens to elevate the voices of those we hope to serve. I am an experienced researcher and evaluator adept in both quantitative and qualitative methods and have experience serving as a Co-PI on RCTs, conducting (quasi-)experimental program evaluations, complex policy analyses and evidence syntheses, and developing M&E systems using results-based management (RBM). My background also includes local capacity-building of country offices and governments, and developing training manuals, technical guidelines, and policy documents. I have worked for UN agencies (WHO/PAHO, UNFPA, UNICEF), World Bank, IDB, research institutions, NGOs, and with donors such as USAID/PEPFAR, SIDA, GAC, FCDO and others.
