I have 25 years of experience advocating for better policies for women and girls worldwide. My intuition, strategic vision and ability to navigate complex cultural and political environments are attributes that I bring to my work. My biggest asset is my commitment to inclusive, multistakeholder collaboration and partnerships. I am convinced that only through collective action led by those closest to the issue can one achieve lasting change. I am a radical listener and work daily in English, French and Spanish. Colleagues tell me that my ability to “connect the dots” and propose new approaches adds value to the projects that I serve. I enjoy challenges and the opportunity to inspire people and teams. My belief that power belongs to the people drives my advocacy and my desire to benefit those most in need
