I am a senior research, evaluation and strategy consultant with over three decades of global development and humanitarian experience in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. My technical expertise areas include gender and health equity, gender-based violence, and refugee and migrant health. I have held senior technical positions and consultancies working with UN agencies, international and national non-governmental organizations, private foundations and academic institutions. With strengths in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, I have led and co-led multi-partner studies and initiatives including collaborative research agenda setting, study design and protocol development, and data collection management, analysis and dissemination through global conferences, academic journals and technical reports. I live in Norrköping, Sweden, where I established Gender Impact Sweden AB in January 2024. I provide consultancy services to public and private organizations through the design and implementation of research, evaluations, assessments, data analysis and literature reviews, as well as project design and management, capacity strengthening of teams and organizations, and technical writing. I am a collaborator by nature and am motivated by working with others to find sustainable, data-driven, context-relevant solutions for health and social equity challenges using gender-responsive and -transformative approaches.
