I was a USAID Foreign Service Officer from 2009-2025, focused on strategy development, budget, monitoring, evaluation, communications, and reporting (a "Program Officer" in USAID bureaucrat-speak). In my final tour I led the Agency's headquarters coordination for Ukraine, with previous tours focused on the Middle East and Latin America.
